in all honesty like half the times when i’m like I just want to throw an image at fedi real quick I don’t because I don’t have the spoons to add alt text and with how much it’s pushed around here I feel like i should minimize public posts without alt text, but I guess, if this is the price I should just not care in those cases and post anyway

@cheri solutions exist for that! there's a hashtag for alt text help if you're out of spoons for that.

@cheri i usually cw it but i think most ppl understand not having the spoons to add alt text

it is extra work, and itd be unreasonable to expect it all the time
