From my vague recollection and also his wikipedia page he seems like a moderately well-spoken grifter. Seemingly not as outwardly insane as like MTG or Gaetz but that's a low bar.

(Though he *is* an evangelical protestant that converted to catholicism which is like the most nazi-prone religious background around)
