@ellie ive heard sophie was going to go experimental every other project and if thats the case its Soooo unfortunate sophie happened to have left off with a less experimental one cause people are being so bad faith just cause it's not what people think of of sophie. and people inevitably attribute that to it being posthumous, when in reality like. i would not say so! i heard some music critic say the album goes to show how much of sophie's music stands out through the finishing touches and like- maybe? but some of these were played live, so- like- idk. and sophie's estate said they were nearly done too iirc (dont have a source though). other people are calling this a blatant cashgrab and that just pisses me off tbh to make such claims of sophie's estate is really really disrespectful i think. the worst ive seen was a comparison that this sounds like AI sophie and i was so fucking mad for hours after reading that

anyway it's alright, not like, great unfortunately, at least that's how im feeling about it now
