for the past couple of years it seems the only way youtubers can talk about obscure stuff or things that are difficult to access is by putting “BANNED” in the title or thumbnail

ive seen youtube videos saying that minecraft legacy console edition was “BANNED” when it was actually just superseded by bedrock edition and you can still pick up a used copy if you want to play it today. its pathetic

if we’re talking about games that were actually banned by the government, then sure. but these things just Exist Elsewhere or Existed Before But Have Since Been Sunsetted. neither of these are synonyms for “banned”
