it just did it again. i tried to use nginx to just do forgejo and it redirected literally everything to forgejo. i went to akkoma.meows.gay and it took my to forgejo after warning about a bad cert domain. i dont get it

there is nothing in there that should be taking every other subdomain to forgejo it has server_name git.meows.gay; and thats the only server block . why

@eris well if you're running nginx and only have one server hooked up but other domains still point to it they're gonna resolve somewhere
unless you manually tell them to 502, but it's not gonna do that by default
when you only have one server it's gonna be the default

@eris like realistically what else should nginx do
it is Getting Requests, with the wrong server_name, but with the right IP address and port because it's still receiving them
