@ellie there was one server that did that with a dumbass dancing cat gif and i genuinely didn't know what to do with that, had to avoid any clients that supported reactions

@ellie i literally despise rapid frame emojis and wish i could defederate them i have photosensitive peeps on my instance and “hyperfox” and the other terrible ones can cause seizures and other complications

@ellie @halva If that’s who I think you’re referring to, it was an individual user that did that. And later used an explode emoji. Really annoying behavior, but at least they now settled on a stylized heart.
