i cant swallow pills so whenever i need to take estrogen im gonna crush it up and dissolve it in arizona so i can finally live my dreams of sipping arizona and becoming significantly more feminine

@eris @ellie not true. you can swallow (oral route) or dissolve (sublingual route) and both have different dosage and frequency recommendations

@ellie i struggle with swallowing pills alot too, i used to put it in applesauce tho i should start doin that again i wish i had a constant supply of arizona lol
