gender clinic says:
- they never received a message in november
- it was *my responsibility* to ensure the email was sent
- i should have sent a reminder sooner than six months in

okay so. here is where i lean from letter of the law to spirit of the law. there is nothing that explicitly says i should or shouldn't have done any of those things, and honestly their email servers dropping me SILENTLY sounds entirely on them
i will be contacting the trans NGO for assistance :)
