idk if its possible to placebo effect ur brain into producing estrogen instead of testosterone but im either just natrually born with an abnormal amt of estorgen or i managed to somehow mindfuck my brain into producing it cuz this amount of estrogen is NOT normal for an amab person 😭😭😭
