@ellie your options are:

  • milfs (-s plural suffix)
  • milves (follows typical english phonotactic conventions)
  • milf (Mothers I'd Like to Fuck)
  • msilf (MotherS I'd Like to Fuck)

the most common one i've seen is milfs, but my personal favorite is milves

@tokiwren @ellie alternatively you could ruminate more on the question "what is a group of mothers called"
and i present bilf (bookclub i'd like to fuck)

@tokiwren @ellie

  • milven (there’s no good reason to use the germanic -en plural; it’s just really euphonious)

@ellie
according to french the plural of "milf" would be "milfs" but pronounced /i/ (according to "œuf" which plural "œufs" pronounced /ø/)

@aprzn @tokiwren @ellie i'd object only because of potential confusion with the adjective
