for example spinach which takes forever to chew and then i can't convince myself to swallow raw

@alfredohno @codicil @tauon @ellie they're all eukaryotes so way more similar to each other than bacteria and archæans, but yeah mushrooms are fungi, closer to animals than plants, they have chitinous cell walls and not cellulose, and can't perform photosynthesis.
